Did you finish your master? We are looking forward to meeting passionate and result-oriented candidates to complete six different assignments of three months within the Aalberts group.

your qualifications and profile
Personal development is your rudder. You take responsibility and are pragmatic in your delivery, you initiate progress and get things done, not waiting for someone else.  You manage your own assignment of which the result will be presented to Aalberts’ management.

With a bachelor or master in engineering, innovation, sales & marketing, finance, supply chain or human resources, you have a maximum of two years of work experience. Having at least two projects abroad within Europe your English is fluent and even speaking another language like Dutch, German or French would be beneficial.

this is what we offer you
A unique chance to develop as a professional. We offer you a fixed contract for 18 months (6 projects of 3 months) with a monthly gross salary of EUR 2,800-3,000 (depending on educational background). After our mutual investment we strive to offer you a permanent contract in our group.
